Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master (Data Analytics)

Location: Remote from Virginia, United States. US citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance are required.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Own and maintain product backlogs with clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, change management, and continuous delivery activities.
• Support project operations, process improvement, workflow optimization, and monthly contractual deliverables.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing to validate delivered functionality.
• Coordinate developers, data engineers, product owners, CX members, and other data team roles during solution design and delivery.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience serving as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile teams.
• Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements and leading initiatives through delivery and implementation.

Nice to have

• Professional services or federal consulting experience, preferably supporting DHS.
• Experience leading IT modernization, Agile development, or data governance projects.
• PMP or another industry-related certification.
• Experience with Collibra, OpenMetaData, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
• Experience with financial analysis, budget tracking, or building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
