Card Origination Manager Sr

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; office workplace. Other listed locations include Chicago, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, and Minnetonka.

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own operational support for credit card application decisioning platforms across consumer, secured card, mobile prescreen, and small business portfolios.
• Coordinate platform enhancements, change requests, requirements reviews, testing plans, and production validation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and support scheduled and off-hour production releases.
• Lead vendor and stakeholder status meetings and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer- and underwriter-impacting production issues within defined SLAs.
• Complete root cause analysis, remediation documentation, compliance reporting, and operational controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of digital or technology product or program management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with credit card, debit card, or other card-based payment products.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions and products.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, communication, and process management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SQL and/or SAS.

Nice to have

• Experience with new customer acquisition and onboarding.
• Master’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field.
