Product Manager II (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and implement onboarding and early-engagement strategies for Retail Lending products.
• Identify customer friction points and define solutions across the customer lifecycle.
• Shape messaging, communication strategies, and engagement processes across marketing assets and communication channels.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, digital delivery, and other internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze product, market, technology, A/B testing, survey, and business performance data to guide prioritization and improvements.
• Support product rollouts, risk management, compliance, audit needs, reporting, and operational problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with product management, product development, marketing, customer solutions, or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret data, influence partners, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh office; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
