Senior Project Manager (Higher Education/SIS/ERP/SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead multiple CRM and ERP SaaS implementation projects from initiation and planning through delivery and close.
• Manage quality, risk, resource, change, scope, budget, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners while serving as the primary point of contact.
• Run status meetings, track dependencies and milestones, and provide clear leadership updates.
• Negotiate trade-offs across time, cost, and scope while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Mentor project managers and build cohesive, motivated cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading CRM or ERP SaaS implementation projects.
• Experience managing financial and resource forecasts across the project lifecycle.
• Experience with customer satisfaction, revenue recognition, timesheet, expense, and billing reviews.
• Experience leading projects in a matrix-management environment.
• Ability to support the Customer Relations team during the sales cycle and demonstrate the value of project management services.
• Experience mentoring and guiding less-experienced Project Managers; cloud or project management certifications such as PMP or Agile are expected.
