Sr. Associate Commercial Performance Analytics

Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Hybrid work location assignment.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and execute analytics solutions using SQL, Python, R, and related tools.
• Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reporting assets for commercial performance tracking.
• Integrate internal and external data sources into analytical datasets and escalate data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Analyze patient, HCP, payer, and commercial datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Perform data-quality assessments, validation, troubleshooting, and analytical output reviews.
• Collaborate with US-based PAI colleagues and brand-aligned stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress, and deliver work on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, data analytics, or reporting.
• Working proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, or reporting workflows.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Professional written and verbal English proficiency required for routine collaboration with US-based teams.
• Ability to communicate status, risks, requirements, and analytical outcomes clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with patient, HCP, payer, or pharmaceutical commercial datasets.
• Exposure to statistical or machine learning techniques applied to business problems.
• Experience automating data pipelines or recurring analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics or scripting tools.
• Experience supporting US-based or global commercial teams in a near-shore or offshore operating model.
