What you will do
- Translate workforce planning and labor strategy requirements into end-to-end technical solutions and system architectures.
- Design integrated processes across HR, business, finance, and IT teams.
- Build and maintain data models and analytical solutions using Python and SQL.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI and Microsoft tools.
- Standardize reporting and deliver automation and process improvements for workforce planning.
- Support the use of AI tools in analytics, reporting, and workforce planning workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically 6–10+ years of experience in data analytics, people data, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Experience with data modeling, analytics and reporting frameworks, process automation, and systems design.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Opus, GPT, or Copilot and emerging technologies.
- Experience in workforce analytics or related domains.
