TL;DR
Data & AI Analyst – Service Quality (Python/SQL/AI): Analyzing global service quality data and building data models, dashboards, AI agents, and lightweight applications with an accent on unstructured text, NLP, and actionable recommendations. Focus on identifying root causes and emerging risks, connecting data from enterprise platforms, and scaling AI use cases across service regions.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid remote/office with two home-office days per week

What you will do
- Analyze global service quality data, including non-conformance costs, CAPA, customer satisfaction, NPS, and audit findings.
- Identify patterns, root-cause clusters, recurring issues, and emerging risks, then prepare prioritized recommendations for regions, central functions, and management.
- Process unstructured data such as non-conformance descriptions and customer comments using AI, text analytics, and NLP.
- Build and maintain data models, queries, and pipelines across enterprise data platforms and source systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI to track performance and improvement progress.
- Create AI agents, chatbots, and lightweight applications, while piloting and scaling new Service Quality AI use cases.
Requirements
- University degree in data science, computer science, engineering, business informatics, statistics, or a comparable field.
- Some professional experience, internship, or working-student experience in data or analytics.
- Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using relational and cloud databases such as Snowflake or Oracle.
- Practical experience with data analysis, unstructured data, text analytics, NLP, and current AI tools.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or Tableau.
- Fluent English and readiness to work in an international, multicultural team.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate.
- Certifications in data, analytics, cloud, or AI, such as Microsoft Copilot or Snowflake certifications.
- Exposure to industrial, service, quality, or operations environments.
