Sustainability Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote in Mexico

What you will do

• Act as the central sustainability data steward for Procurement, coordinating supplier, material, and BOM data requests.
• Validate sustainability data through variance analysis, completeness checks, exception reporting, and other quality management activities.
• Maintain sustainability data repositories, supporting documentation, and audit evidence records.
• Coordinate data collection across Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sustainability teams, monitoring progress and escalating issues.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate sustainability data management with analytics platforms, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, influence change, and present to senior management.
• Experience turning data into insights, extracting and transforming data, building complex models, and simplifying processes.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and AI tools such as Copilot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electronic BOMs, Life Cycle Assessment, Product Carbon Footprints, GHG accounting, sustainability reporting, and contract manufacturing.
• Experience with Power Query M formula language.
• MBA degree.
