Sales Force Effectiveness Sr. Associate (CDMX)

What you will do

• Calculate monthly sales incentives and perform quality control checks on incentive compensation.
• Manage quota setting, objective setting, planning, and actual-results supervision for private and public channels.
• Maintain sales data quality across internal and external sources, medical files, hospitals, and sales information.
• Manage databases, data mining activities, account charts, sales force structures, and wholesaler information.
• Analyze performance and KPI data, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve field force performance.
• Develop sizing, deployment, and data warehousing models while supporting and training users on the sales incentives process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of similar experience in an international environment; or an associate’s degree and 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of quota and incentive models for private and public channels.
• Experience with databases, data mining, performance analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
