What you will do
- Calculate monthly sales incentives and perform quality-control checks for incentive compensation.
- Manage sales-force databases, data mining, medical files, account charts, and sales-force structures.
- Lead objective setting, quota planning, monitoring, and analysis of actual results.
- Analyze performance and KPI data, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Develop sizing, deployment, and data-warehousing models while consolidating wholesaler information.
- Support and train stakeholders on the sales incentives calculation process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment, or an equivalent combination of associate’s degree/high school diploma and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required.
- Knowledge of quota and incentive models for private and public channels.
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative information, sales data, and performance KPIs.
