Recruiter, G&A (AI Healthcare)

Salary: $94,500–$142,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting as a strategic talent advisor for G&A and IT organizations.
• Develop search strategies for niche roles using the talent acquisition technology stack.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders across Finance, Legal, People, Sales, Marketing, and IT.
• Provide clear, proactive communication and a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Use recruiting metrics and talent market insights to support hiring decisions and improve recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as finance, legal, HR, or marketing, and/or IT.
• Expertise hiring for niche roles within the DFW market.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating and closing candidates from individual contributor through Director level, including equity-based compensation packages.
• Experience building influential relationships in an evolving startup environment.
• Experience using AI or AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency.
• Initiative in improving recruiting workflows and processes.
