Operations Specialist, Market Expansion

What you will do

• Run the operating cadence for market-entry projects, maintaining live statuses, coordinating owners, and escalating decisions before they become blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Legal, Finance, People, Growth, Marketing, and Product.
• Manage dependencies, vendors, tools, tracking, and launch readiness while re-planning or escalating risks when needed.
• Own and continuously improve the Market Entry Playbook, Notion documentation, and reporting.
• Lead strategic workstreams including market research, competitive research, business-case components, and operational responses to market challenges.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual steps with AI-agent workflows while keeping customer outcomes central to launch priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing company.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects with multiple owners and dependencies on time.
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to keep status data accurate.
• Good judgment when pushing, re-planning, challenging unrealistic plans, or escalating issues.
• Clear written and spoken English required, including communication with senior leaders and stakeholders outside the team.
• Analytical curiosity and the ability to quantify problems in terms of time, cost, or errors.

Nice to have

• Experience with international expansion, office openings, or entity setup.
• Experience building workflows with AI agents.
• Background in consulting, a project management office, or a Chief of Staff team.
