Project Manager, Marketplace

What you will do

• Lead operational improvement projects across API integrations, vendor performance initiatives, and workflow optimization.
• Pilot and implement new tools and processes, ensuring adoption and long-term success.
• Gather vendor and internal feedback to identify gaps and propose product and system enhancements.
• Support issue resolution and improve Shops-specific tools such as Pelican and the foodora portal.
• Use data analysis and impact evaluations to improve vendor operations and commercial results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong presentation skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and navigating complex business environments.
• Structured project execution skills and the ability to work across different systems and tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace and advanced Google Sheets skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or coding in Google Apps Script.
