Program Manager (Consumer Products)

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid schedule with three days onsite and remote work generally available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $88,743.78–$110,929.73 annually, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional global teams through consumer product development programs.
• Schedule and manage multiple new product development programs, budgets, milestones, and status reporting.
• Assess technical feasibility, define program scope, and manage project risks, alternatives, and mitigation plans.
• Lead program reviews, solve execution issues, and communicate progress and action plans to executive leadership.
• Coordinate product documentation, specifications, engineering tests, technical solutions, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contract manufacturers, and domestic and international suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in consumer products or small appliances.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Experience delivering projects within budget and schedule constraints while managing multiple programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Ability to travel approximately 5% as needed.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with beauty and cosmetics brands or products.
• Basic knowledge of DHF requirements.
