High-End Watches Sales Coordinator

hirify.global operates the Bvlgari Maison across jewelry, watches, fragrances, accessories, and hospitality, with the Watches and Fragrances divisions based in Switzerland.

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between markets, headquarters, and internal stakeholders.
• Support commercial coordination and market follow-up across the High-End Watches network.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and streamline commercial processes.
• Support events and client activities.
• Prepare business updates and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales administration, commercial operations, project support, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills, prioritization, accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple topics, collaborate across functions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting or business follow-up tools.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the luxury industry.
• Exposure to an international environment and interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• French and additional languages.
