Business Development: French-Speaking Europe (Robotics/AI)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland — remote within Switzerland or based in the Zurich office. Regular travel across France, Belgium, and Swiss-Romande is required for events and customer meetings, with occasional travel to Zurich.

What you will do

• Build and prioritize target account lists across manufacturing, data centers, energy, logistics, and pharma.
• Reach security, facility, and operations leaders through calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Run introductory calls, qualify opportunities, and hand them over for product demos.
• Prepare initial commercial proposals and progressively lead customer demos.
• Represent hirify.global at security trade shows and industry events across the target markets.
• Maintain the CRM pipeline and share market feedback with product and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Native French and fluent English required.
• First experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a startup.
• Comfort with outbound calling, persistence, and proactive follow-up.
• Structured and self-organized approach to pipeline management.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Interest in robotics and technology; a technical background is an advantage.
