Existing Clients Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the operational and people management of the Existing Clients team.
• Oversee periodic reviews and ongoing controls for corporate and institutional clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Quality Control, and Remediations teams on reviews, escalations, audits, and monitoring exercises.
• Prepare escalated cases for Executive Management committees and provide accurate reporting on control metrics, bottlenecks, and outstanding cases.
• Identify risks, implement controls, exercise judgment on complex cases, and improve processes for efficiency and timely completion.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of team members.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in client periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring, or compliance operations within financial services.
• Knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements, including FINMA, AMLA, and CDB.
• Experience with risk identification, control design or implementation, escalations, and senior committee case preparation.
• Strong organizational, follow-through, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English and French are required; German is an advantage.
• Ability to work with technical teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
