Account Manager 2 (Packaging Print)

Location: East Hanover, New Jersey, United States; hybrid with onsite attendance 2–3 days per week

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end artwork-to-print delivery for designated Mondelez portfolios.
• Coordinate packaging artwork changes, prepress production, print-quality standards, approvals, and final file delivery.
• Create approval workflows, upload files, monitor approval cycles, and communicate feedback to production studios.
• Provide design-to-print consultancy and translate design concepts into production-ready files.
• Coordinate design agencies, production studios, print suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, quotations, job data, cost tracking, invoicing, and financial forecasts in MYSGS5 and Dragonfly.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in commercial design, packaging artwork, prepress, or design-to-print environments.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of packaging print processes, technology, and prepress requirements.
• Confidence using artwork-management, approval, and project-tracking systems.
• Commercial awareness, including quotations, project costs, invoicing, and financial forecasts.
• Ability to work onsite in East Hanover, New Jersey, 2–3 days per week, with willingness to travel as required.
