Sales Representative (Corrugated Packaging)

Location: Donna, Texas, United States

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned territory or customer account.
• Secure and maintain product distribution, prepare pricing, negotiate sales agreements, and manage customer accounts.
• Develop, monitor, and revise lead-generation plans to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the design department to improve existing packaging designs and develop new designs.
• Manage account records, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and collections from delinquent accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of successful outside-sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the past three years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, use independent judgment, and negotiate difficult or sensitive accounts.

Nice to have

• Three years of experience in corrugated material or paper sales.
