Sales And Servicing Representative

Location: El Paso, TX, US

Starting salary: $69,500–$78,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans across an assigned territory or customer account.
• Secure and maintain product and service distribution, including pricing and sales agreements.
• Create and manage lead-generation plans to build a substantive sales pipeline.
• Develop existing business by maintaining customer relationships and addressing customer needs.
• Coordinate with the design department to improve existing packaging designs and develop new ones.
• Manage account records, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and delinquent account collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the past three years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and contribute independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to negotiate sales agreements using independent judgment and manage difficult or sensitive accounts.

Nice to have

• Three years of experience selling corrugated materials or paper.
