Cost Manager (Quantity Surveying)

What you will do

• Support Associate and Senior Cost Managers on a range of projects and sectors.
• Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
• Contribute to pre-construction cost planning, feasibility assessments, and estimating.
• Support post-contract financial management and project commercial performance.
• Provide procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
• Build client relationships and help deliver value for money.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• Strong technical delivery experience and experience managing complex projects.
• Experience in feasibility, cost planning, and pre- and post-contract work.
• Experience with procurement advice, tender documentation, stakeholder management, and client account development.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with strong organisation, workload prioritisation, and deadline management skills.

Nice to have

• MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
