Product Manager, Ecosystems & Technical Alliance (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote USA

Salary: US$132,000–US$185,000 annually, plus bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead an integrations program that enables automation, scalability, and global adoption.
• Own the product lifecycle for strategic ecosystem integrations and bidirectional data synchronization.
• Define technical specifications, user stories, API dependencies, authentication mechanisms, and data mappings.
• Integrate hirify.global data into platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft Sentinel and Defender, Google SecOps, and OneTrust.
• Coordinate internal Engineering, external development partners, and partner Product Managers through delivery, architecture governance, and technical escalations.
• Build integration documentation, enablement playbooks, demonstrations, and joint go-to-market materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, IT Operations Management, or cybersecurity.
• Experience owning technical alliances, public APIs, developer platforms, or third-party ecosystem integrations from conception through launch.
• Strong knowledge of API documentation, webhooks, OAuth, API keys, authorization frameworks, and data schema transformations.
• Experience designing APIs for developers and machine-to-machine consumption, with conceptual or practical knowledge of AI model integrations, MCP, and LLM tool definitions.
• Expertise in GRC or Security Operations, including SIEM/XDR, SOAR, CMDB, automated triage, remediation, and compliance workflows.
• Experience coordinating partner engineering roadmaps, go-to-market activities, adoption metrics, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.

Nice to have

• Subject matter expertise in GRC or Security Operations.
• Experience with emerging integration standards such as the Model Context Protocol.
