Senior Product Manager (Integrations)

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $207,000–$244,000 base pay annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the integrations roadmap and strategy across HRIS/IDP systems, cloud and security platforms, ticketing systems, and other categories.
• Partner with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan delivery, and determine integration depth, capabilities, and sequencing.
• Work with the integration partnership lead to activate partners and manage ongoing enhancements.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations while gathering and prioritizing customer feedback.
• Support marketing, training, enablement, discovery, and configuration of integrations.
• Measure and communicate integration breadth, depth, data availability, and impact on customer compliance outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on integrations and ecosystems.
• Track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations, ideally including ownership of an integration catalog or category.
• Strong prioritization, planning, collaboration, and communication skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Curiosity and sound judgment when using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
