Senior Delivery Manager - Data

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a cross-functional Data squad supporting Logistics & Fulfilment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and business teams to define and deliver strategic roadmaps.
• Manage dependencies, risks, governance and milestones across multiple initiatives.
• Translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes for stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach agile delivery teams and facilitate planning, reporting, decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver trusted data products, platforms and insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex data products, platforms or initiatives in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering or Platform environments.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, cloud data platforms and data warehousing.
• Experience with product backlogs, roadmaps, prioritisation and outcome-based planning.
• Experience leading delivery across multiple cross-functional teams and managing risks, dependencies and programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and coaching skills.
• Experience applying agile, lean and traditional delivery approaches and working with external suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Exposure to AWS-based data platforms and modern cloud technologies.
• Experience delivering data transformation or platform modernisation programmes.

Hiring process

• Initial call with the talent acquisition team followed by CV review by the hiring manager.
