IT Technical Delivery Lead

What you will do

• Mobilize delivery teams and resources for technology workstreams, projects, and programs.
• Execute technology delivery in line with delivery standards, metrics, and managed delivery principles.
• Coordinate with business leads, stakeholders, systems integration partners, and vendors to deliver technology solutions.
• Manage baseline scope, estimates, change control, financial inputs, and delivery quality assurance reviews.
• Identify and resolve complex problems, remove operational barriers, and make delivery decisions with limited oversight.
• Provide technology delivery expertise, strategic initiative leadership, and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technology delivery within the insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with advanced understanding of Agile.
• Strong vendor and partner management experience.
• Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders in a large matrix organization.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute work in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work primarily from the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital trading insurance platforms such as Acturis.
• Exposure to or experience in Robotic Process Automation.
