What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Flexible Benefits implementation and annual renewal projects.
• Coordinate Client Managers, Directors, Administration, QA, Technical, and junior project support colleagues.
• Create and review platform, technical, import, and reporting specifications.
• Oversee user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and quality assurance activities.
• Build client, insurer, provider, and benefit partner relationships and manage escalations.
• Improve implementation and in-life processes while identifying opportunities to enhance the proposition and client experience.

Requirements

• Strong experience in employee benefits, particularly Flexible Benefits implementations and renewals.
• Experience with Flexible Benefits platforms, benefit design, data imports, reporting, and translating requirements into specifications.
• Understanding of the UK risk and healthcare benefits market.
• Experience serving mid-sized and large corporate clients with complex requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organisation, delegation, and project management skills.
• Experience developing and improving implementation and administration processes.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 experience or qualification.
