Business Intelligence/Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Work across the full data lifecycle, from data engineering to sophisticated visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments.
• Analyze and interpret PB-scale transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open-source tools.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations for operational teams and executives.
• Identify, investigate, and explain trends and patterns in data within a fast-paced, time-sensitive organization.

Requirements

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial sciences, computer science, engineering, life sciences, or another quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of full-time experience in analytics or data science.
• Ability to learn and apply analytical software, data models, and programming languages independently.
• Strong analytical communication skills, including explaining complex concepts and technical findings in clear language.
• Competency in at least two areas: analytical software such as R or SAS; visualization tools such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI; relational or graph databases such as SQL, NoSQL, or Neo4j; or programming languages such as VBA, C++, Java, or Python.

• Internal or client-facing consulting or business transformation experience.
