Data Analytics Consultant (AI): Delivering data-driven strategies, analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports for local and international clients with an accent on data preparation, statistical analysis, visualization, and business communication. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands, with work from home, client offices, or hubs in Amsterdam and Maastricht.

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define business goals and develop solution blueprints through workshops and mock-ups.
- Prepare and validate datasets through data mapping, extraction, cleaning, enrichment, and feature engineering.
- Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using visualization tools.
- Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to produce actionable insights.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support business users.
- Contribute to data science, generative AI, thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a relevant industry role.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R, plus SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Interest in innovative analytics, AI solutions, sustainability, and business impact.
