Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote from Poland, Ukraine, or Belarus

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to support business decisions.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
• Design dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Automate recurring reporting for product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for business use.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and CTEs.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes, plus solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• English at B2+ level and ability to work remotely from Poland, Ukraine, or Belarus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
