Binance Accelerator Program - Creative Operations (AI)

Location: China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, or Taiwan. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Support capacity planning by tracking planned versus actual resourcing needs, identifying recurring gaps, and improving forecasting accuracy.
• Analyze workload data, Asana reports, dashboards, and creative pipeline activity to identify bottlenecks, skill gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• Help maintain 95% on-time resourcing for business-as-usual creative requests.
• Identify and implement AI, Asana automation, and workflow improvements for task assignment, workload summaries, capacity reporting, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Audit agency partners based on scope, performance, cost-effectiveness, turnaround time, quality, and resourcing fit.
• Support agency onboarding and document standardized resourcing protocols in Confluence.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools; Asana reporting and automations are advantageous.
• Interest in AI and automation, with experience using AI tools in operational workflows.
• Proactive, self-starting approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
