Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate projects and daily tasks across the Content and Design departments.
• Track priorities, deadlines, dependencies, workloads, and blockers.
• Support Team Leads and department heads with planning and operational coordination.
• Improve processes by simplifying and automating inefficient workflows.
• Identify and implement AI solutions for internal team operations.
• Configure Jira workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira, with independent workflow and reporting configuration experience.
• Ability to prioritize parallel tasks, analyze processes, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Experience working with reporting data and turning insights into clear recommendations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Experience working with Content or Design teams.
• Experience implementing AI tools in internal workflows.
• Experience building reports on team workload and operational efficiency.
