What you will do

• Own a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives from initiation through successful delivery.
• Translate the Operations Unit’s strategic priorities into structured workstreams, timelines, and trackable outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments, align teams, and unblock dependencies.
• Support organizational change, operational workflow improvements, and resource-efficiency initiatives.
• Lead projects integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and delivering multiple diverse, cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
• Exceptional organization, execution, and deadline-management skills.
• Senior-level communication skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Practical familiarity with current AI tools and foundational knowledge of AI agents in business operations.
• Experience in international, fast-paced technology environments.
