What you will do

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives from initiation through delivery.
• Drive execution of the Operations Unit strategic narrative by structuring workstreams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as the central point of contact across departments to align teams, unblock dependencies, and keep collaboration moving.
• Support process optimization and change management, including operational workflow and resource efficiency initiatives.
• Lead AI transformation projects by integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day Operations and advocating for early adoption.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering multiple diverse cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Strong execution and organization skills with a “get things done” mindset and ability to drive teams to deadlines.
• Senior-level communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Practical familiarity with current AI tools and foundational understanding of AI agents for business operations.
• Experience working in international, fast-paced tech environments; background or strong interest in cryptocurrency/Web3 is highly preferred.
• Experience scaling OKR methodology across an organization.
