Internship - Corporate Governance Executive Compensation Analyst EMEA (Italian Speaker) (m/w/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany; onsite five days a week. Interns must be based in Germany from the first day of the internship.

Salary: €2,470 gross per month. The internship runs for 3.5 months, from 11 January 2027 to 30 April 2027.

What you will do

• Inspect publicly disclosed documents of listed companies and support experienced analysts.
• Analyze executive remuneration and pay practices across assigned European markets.
• Apply ISS STOXX methodology to pay-for-performance analysis and qualitative company assessments.
• Deliver research and data on compensation systems for executives and management board members.
• Support client voting decisions during the proxy voting season.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law, or current enrollment in such a degree.
• Interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research, and data collection.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to process large amounts of information.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate as part of a team.
• Availability to work onsite in the Berlin office five days per week during the internship.
