Manager Global Tax & Subsidies (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Prepare and review interim and annual global income tax provisions under IAS 12, including current and deferred taxes.
• Prepare global tax account rollforwards and income taxes payable reconciliations for Germany and other EMEA jurisdictions.
• Manage German and EMEA tax compliance and advisory matters.
• Monitor new tax legislation and accounting pronouncements to ensure compliant income tax accounting.
• Support corporate tax planning and prepare effective tax rate forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Financial Reporting teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; a master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in taxation.
• Experience in a public accounting firm or a combination of public accounting and public company experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, business, commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
