Investment Executive (Gaming)

Location: Remote, with the possibility of working from anywhere in the world; department location: Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Source new investment opportunities and qualify inbound leads by engaging with entrepreneurs.
• Evaluate potential investments through market research, product and competitive analysis, customer reviews, and operational and financial due diligence.
• Negotiate acquisition transactions and prepare investment conclusions, presentations, valuations, and transaction models.
• Coordinate with legal and finance functions to support seamless merger and acquisition execution.
• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses and communicate findings to senior management.
• Monitor M&A market trends, mitigate acquisition risks, mentor Analysts and Associates, and support fundraising presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a strong GPA; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in private equity investing, corporate finance, banking, or mergers and acquisitions.
• Proven ability to build relationships with foreign business executives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial concepts, financial modeling, business modeling, and valuation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with curiosity, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables independently and in a global team.
