Investment Manager, Infrastructure Investments (m/f/d)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany. Hybrid working with a balance between in-person office collaboration and working from home; the exact office/home split will be discussed during the application process.

hirify.global is a global asset manager with a European infrastructure investment division focused on acquiring and managing mid-market infrastructure assets.

What you will do

• Appraise infrastructure investment opportunities across Europe and support the management of portfolio assets.
• Support due diligence and acquisition processes, coordinating with financial advisers, consultants, lawyers, accountants, tax specialists, and other experts.
• Build, review, and update financial models.
• Prepare investment appraisal and valuation analyses.
• Support deal teams through investment committee processes.
• Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio assets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, private equity, or management consultancy, with a focus on infrastructure, natural resources, industrials, or TMT investments.
• Very strong analytical skills, including cash flow modelling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong project management skills.
