Operations Securities Manager - Corporate Actions (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany

What you will do

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and securities transaction processes.
• Analyze corporate action events, identify patterns, correlate data, and investigate processing issues.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth corporate action processing.
• Develop scalable operational processes and collaborate with internal teams during business growth.

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or a bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Initial professional experience in securities services, brokerage, asset management, or banking middle/back office.
• Solid knowledge of securities trading, banking operations, financial operations, and corporate actions.
• Analytical, solution-oriented approach with strong prioritization skills in time-sensitive environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with external partners.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact.
