Internship – Venture Development (f/m/x)

hirify.global is a fusion energy startup developing clean and abundant energy through laser-driven fusion, with scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs in Munich and Colorado.

What you will do

• Own at least one core project end to end with visibility to leadership.
• Work directly within Corporate Development across multiple company functions.
• Drive efficiency and process improvements across the organization.
• Support organizational topics and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build financial models, investor materials, and due diligence analyses, or contribute to operations and process optimization depending on business priorities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a top university.
• Genuine interest in fusion energy and hirify.global’s mission.
• At least one example of owning a project end to end.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
• Daily hands-on use of LLMs in work.
• English at C1 level or above.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, venture capital, consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Experience with financial modeling or investor materials.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in deep tech or energy.
• German language skills.
