Enterprise Technology Intern

Location: Omaha, NE; onsite office environment

hirify.global provides a residential construction management platform that helps contractors manage financials, schedules, team workflows, and client relationships.

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-tier support for hardware, software, network, and account access issues.
• Prepare equipment for new hires, image laptops, and process offboarding returns.
• Manage the ticket queue, track assets, and perform basic Active Directory and SSO administration.
• Create help articles, setup guides, and process runbooks.
• Support software rollouts and conference room AV upgrades.
• Learn endpoint management, Jira, basic networking, and practical use of AI in IT work.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or a related field; sophomore standing or above is preferred.
• Methodical troubleshooting skills and the ability to ask questions when issues arise.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical fixes in plain English.
• Interest in internal IT and the ability to own an organized ticket queue.
• Available to work onsite in Omaha, NE, Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; no weekend hours.
