Regional Technology Analyst

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; regional travel across assigned West Coast locations and occasional support for other regions are required.

Salary: $23.64–$40.97 per hour, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide remote and on-site technology support for multiple corporate, field, and operational offices, serving as an escalation point for unresolved Service Desk issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, authentication, connectivity, mobile-device, telecommunications, and conference-room technology problems.
• Install, test, label, replace, and document switches, wireless access points, servers, cabling, workstations, printers, and other infrastructure equipment.
• Support office openings, closures, relocations, remodels, employee moves, technology deployments, and business-continuity or major-incident response.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, audiovisual systems, peripherals, and endpoint security compliance.
• Manage regional technology assets and coordinate vendor visits, deliveries, inventory, audits, and approved equipment disposal.

Requirements

• Advanced desktop support experience and experience assisting with infrastructure or network-related activities.
• Experience supporting multiple offices or geographically distributed business locations.
• Experience supporting macOS devices is preferred.
• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or three to four years of equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region and occasionally support other regions.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when required and to lift, transport, install, and relocate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
