Senior Product Manager, Consumer Payments

Location: Remote within Canada. Remote-first work with occasional in-person office work possible; all new hires attend an in-person onboarding experience.

Base pay in Canada: $153,000–$213,000 per year.

What you will do

• Improve how customers make payments and create new experiences that make repayment easier.
• Use customer research and data to identify payment breakdowns and share insights across the organization.
• Partner with Design and Analytics from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost efficiency.
• Shape safe and cost-effective payment processing while balancing performance and risk.
• Drive the product roadmap and align Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, Partnerships, and senior leaders on high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using experiments, customer research, and data to make product decisions.
• Ability to discuss system behavior and technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience taking products from discovery through launch and iteration, including creating plans from ambiguous or conflicting inputs.
• Strong communication and influence skills across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Must be based in Canada for this remote role.
