What you will do
- Define problems and shape solutions with product, operations, and domain experts.
- Design and build end-to-end features in a TypeScript-first stack.
- Build AI workflows that handle customer requests and prepare ownership-related actions for review.
- Lead technical planning, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Improve the architecture, data model, and development tooling as the product grows.
- Contribute to engineering practices and company culture while using AI coding tools responsibly.
Requirements
- Substantial experience building modern web applications with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Ability to independently lead features from open-ended problems to working solutions.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development.
- Interest in building reliable AI-powered products and applying new tools with sound judgment.
- Care for correctness, maintainability, and user trust in complex domains.
- Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
