Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own product features end to end, from understanding user workflows and shaping solutions to building, launching, and improving them.
• Build AI workflows using models, tools, and relevant context for accounting use cases.
• Develop evaluation systems based on real accounting cases to identify failure modes and improve reliability.
• Build product interfaces, backend services, APIs, and integrations across the full stack.
• Measure user outcomes, accuracy, latency, and cost after launch and use the findings to improve the product and AI performance.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack engineering experience across interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data.
• Experience putting LLMs into production, including context management, tool use, evaluations, and model limitations.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to understand user problems, make trade-offs, and measure outcomes.
• Engineering judgment focused on speed, correctness, security, and reliability.
• Demonstrated ownership, clear communication, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into working solutions.
