Fullstack Engineer (React)

Location: Hybrid, based in Stockholm

Salary: €60,000–120,000 per year plus equity, calibrated to experience.

hirify.global is building a travel app that helps groups discover and plan restaurants, hotels, bars, and experiences, supported by AI agents that research, compare, and act across the travel ecosystem.

What you will do

• Build a multiplayer travel-planning layer where groups edit live plans while an assistant researches and reasons alongside them.
• Ship end-to-end product features across schemas, edge functions, user interfaces, and analytics.
• Develop rules, commands, and routines that improve the team's use of software agents.
• Identify and prevent system risks involving migrations, frozen TestFlight builds, row-level security, provider rate limits, and AI spend.
• Own product work independently based on clear user and system needs.

Requirements

• Production experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Postgres, and Supabase Edge Functions or a similar stack.
• Experience with mobile development for iOS and Android, including Capacitor or React Native, store submissions, TestFlight, signing, and release builds.
• Daily experience building with AI agents, including understanding their failure modes and when to intervene.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar APIs, domains, or languages and ship useful software quickly.
• High autonomy, curiosity, tolerance for complexity, and willingness to work across the full system.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping consumer products to high quality standards.
• Production LLM features involving tool calling, streaming, evaluation, cost, and latency.
• Experience with realtime shared state, presence, and conflict resolution in multiplayer applications.
