What you will do

• Build and automate reporting to improve visibility into business performance.
• Analyse business processes and customer interactions to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop customer-behaviour models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Promote the effective use of LLMs, coding agents, and automation tools.
• Drive integrations, application improvements, and cross-functional enhancement projects.
• Build dashboards, write data queries, and improve data tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and software development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, modern coding agents, and related tooling.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and continuous-improvement mindset.
