Senior Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build Creative Manager, a shared workflow for media plans, specifications, assets, approvals and campaign publishing.
• Complete the workflow from campaign approval to publishing across partner ad platforms.
• Develop AI features that read media plans in different formats, supported by evaluations and clear uncertainty signals.
• Handle hundreds of campaign assets, including bulk changes and naming conventions.
• Shape architecture, domain models, APIs, integrations and permissions while working closely with customers, campaign producers, product and design.
• Ship, measure and operate production systems with reliability, observability and recovery practices.

Requirements

• Experience taking customer-facing products from an unclear starting point into production and operating them over time.
• Practical full-stack engineering experience building complex UI flows and the domain models, APIs and integrations behind them.
• Strong product judgment, with solid practices in performance, testing and failure handling.
• Daily experience with AI coding tools and the ability to verify their output and debug systems independently.
• Ability to raise engineering standards through design reviews, code reviews and clear written reasoning.
• Primary stack: TypeScript, Vue, Node and PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative or content production tools, advertising technology, complex B2B workflows, third-party integrations, high-volume event data, video delivery or production LLM features.
