Senior Customer Operations Specialist (Virtual Reality)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States. Hybrid role requiring 2–3 office days per week, with travel to company headquarters in Finland once or twice a year.

What you will do

• Manage purchase orders and end-to-end order fulfillment for enterprise customers in North America.
• Review inventory, process orders, and coordinate shipping and deliveries.
• Serve as the main contact for customer questions about order status, shipping, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
• Identify process development needs and drive improvements in customer operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or related global logistics roles.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work from the Arlington, Virginia office 2–3 days per week and travel to Finland once or twice a year.

Nice to have

• Experience with global logistics and large carriers.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
