System Validation Manager (UAV/Robotics)

What you will do

• Own validation activities from requirements analysis and test planning through execution, reporting, and closure.
• Define test objectives, scenarios, methods, instrumentation, and measurable pass/fail criteria with System Engineering and R&D.
• Lead laboratory, ground, field, and flight-test campaigns for UAVs, docking stations, payloads, communication systems, and related subsystems.
• Ensure readiness across system configuration, equipment, instrumentation, safety, logistics, personnel, and data collection.
• Analyze logs, telemetry, measurements, and system behavior to identify failures, trends, root causes, and further investigation needs.
• Lead debriefs, corrective actions, regression testing, and the development of the test and validation team.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in system testing, validation, integration, or experimental engineering for complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience independently defining engineering tests, procedures, acceptance criteria, and technical reports.
• Hands-on engineering capability across hardware, software, sensors, communications, instrumentation, and system integration.
• Experience analyzing system logs and test data and converting findings into engineering conclusions and actions.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills are required. Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with UAVs, robotics, aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, or other field-operated multidisciplinary platforms.
