Senior System Engineer (UAV)

What you will do

• Lead the development of complex airborne systems and engineering solutions from proof of concept through customer implementation.
• Derive system requirements from customer needs and product definitions, and coordinate integration plans with PMO.
• Define and lead system-level test plans, experiments, studies, and analytical investigations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D and business teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Present validation data and contribute to manufacturing, installation, technical support, and training documentation.
• Support products throughout their lifecycle, including customer-site installation, upgrades, service escalations, and end of life.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in an engineering field related to UAVs, such as mechanical, aerospace, or electrical engineering.
• At least 6 years of project management experience in engineering or development projects.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and managing UAVs or systems of similar complexity.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and releasing parts for fabrication and mass production.
• Experience with aircraft design, performance analysis, construction, and deriving software and hardware requirements.
• Experience with production-quality engineering documentation, project scheduling tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project, and gated design development including PDR and CDR.
