System Validation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow the System Validation Engineering team in Haifa.
• Plan resources, schedules, capacity, milestones, and execution across multiple silicon programs.
• Define validation strategies covering functionality, performance, reliability, stress, interoperability, and product certification.
• Guide silicon and platform bring-up on x86 and ARM systems and oversee debugging across PCIe, NVMe, Ethernet, firmware, hardware, and system layers.
• Scale automated test orchestration, data collection, statistical analysis, reporting, and regression infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Silicon Design, Firmware, Software, Hardware, Product, and Applications teams while supporting customer integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of experience in silicon product development, post-silicon validation, or system engineering for server, storage, networking, or AI infrastructure applications.
• 4+ years of technical leadership or people management experience, including engineering team leadership and project execution.
• Experience with complex silicon and system bring-up, validation, and laboratory debugging methodologies.
• Strong Python automation experience for test orchestration, bench control, and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
