Sales Development Representative (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls and contact prospective companies through email and LinkedIn.
• Research target companies and stakeholders to tailor messaging and outreach.
• Speak with decision-makers, qualify leads, and book follow-up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM data and support a transparent sales pipeline.
• Experiment with outreach tactics, improve conversion rates, and share learnings with the team.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish and English.
• Interest in sustainability, climate action, or renewable energy.
• Comfort with speaking to new people, handling rejection, and making repeated outbound calls.
• Curiosity about technology and business, with motivation to learn and grow.
• Sales experience or a degree is not required; customer-facing experience is beneficial.
